Manage your MangoMap plan, payment details, invoices, trial, and cancellation. Only the account owner can open Subscription & billing.

The account owner uses Subscription & billing to manage the plan, payment details, and invoices. Admin, Editor, and Viewer users cannot open it. Partner-managed accounts use the partner portal.

Troubleshooting

Check your role, account, and whether the account is partner-managed.

A payment failed or an invoice is past due

Update the payment method, complete verification, and retry the invoice.

The trial expired or account is closed

Restore access by completing the paid checkout flow.
