Only the owner of a directly billed account can use `Subscription & billing`. If the menu is missing or redirects, check your role, account, and billing arrangement.

## Most likely cause: you are not the account owner

`Admin`, `Editor`, and `Viewer` users cannot open `Subscription summary`, `Manage subscription`, `Invoices`, `Update billing`, or `Cancel subscription`.

Ask the account owner to make the change. If you believe ownership is wrong, contact [support](/docs/getting-started/get-help-or-send-feedback) with the account name and your email address.

## Another cause: the account is partner-managed

Partner-managed accounts use the partner billing menu instead. Contact the partner who manages the account's subscription and payment details.

## Less common: you are signed in to the wrong account

If you belong to more than one account, switch to the account whose subscription you need to manage.

## Less common: the URL is wrong

Open the menu from the sidebar instead of using a copied URL.

## Update billing opens a different page

`Update billing` opens a Recurly billing portal in a new tab rather than a MangoMap page. If nothing opens, allow pop-ups for MangoMap and click the link again.

## If none of the above

Contact [support](/docs/getting-started/get-help-or-send-feedback) with the account name, your role, the page you tried to open, and a screenshot of what you see.
