Enter your email and password to open your account's `Maps` portal. If you start from a protected page, MangoMap returns you there after sign-in.

## Before you start

- You need the email address and password registered with your MangoMap account.
- If a team administrator invited you, use the email address that received the invitation. You may need to accept the invitation before you can sign in.
- If you are using an account-scoped page, use the account URL provided by your administrator.
- If you are already signed in, a sign-in page opens your account's `Maps` portal instead of the form. To sign in to another account, sign out first.

## Sign in from the public page

1. Open `https://mangomap.com/sign-in`.
2. Enter your email address in `Email address`.
3. Enter your password in `Password`.
4. Click `Sign in`.

MangoMap opens your account's `Maps` portal. If the credentials are not accepted, see [I can't sign in](/docs/signing-in/troubleshoot-cant-sign-in).

If your account moved from the previous version of MangoMap, an old link to one of its pages can open this page. The first time on each device, it shows `Your account has moved to the new MangoMap. Please sign in again to continue.` Sign in, and MangoMap opens the page from the link.

## Sign in from an account-scoped page

Use this option when your administrator gives you an account-specific URL, such as `https://mangomap.com/<account-slug>/sign-in`, or a sign-in page on a connected custom domain.

1. Open the account-scoped sign-in page.
2. Enter your email address in `Email address`.
3. Enter your password in `Password`.
4. Click `Sign in`.

On `mangomap.com`, an account-specific URL opens the public sign-in page, and MangoMap opens the account after you sign in. On a connected custom domain, the page is branded for the account. It does not include the public page's `Sign up` or `Forgot password?` links. Use `https://mangomap.com/sign-in` if you need either flow.

## Sign in to a different account

MangoMap keeps one active account session per browser. To use another account:

1. [Sign out](/docs/signing-in/sign-out-of-mangomap) of the current account.
2. Open the other account's public or account-scoped sign-in page.
3. Sign in with the email address registered for that account.

If you regularly use multiple accounts, separate browser profiles can keep those sessions apart.
